'Change My Booking' is a new feature for 2012 providing passengers with the convenience of changing their booking online. Please ensure you have your booking reference on hand.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.           Can I change my booking if I have booked with a travel agent or through another website?
A.            No, you will need to contact the travel agent or online provider that the booking was initially made through.

Q.           Can I change my booking more than once?
A.            Bookings can be changed but will incur relevant charges as per applicable fare conditions.

Q.           Can I get a refund?
A.            Refunds must be made through the Customer Contact Centre on 1300 66 00 88 and only available on relevant fare types.

Q.           I am unable to travel and would like to transfer the ticket to another person. Can I amend the name online?
A.            Yes, name changes are permitted subject to the relevant  fare conditions.

Q             Can I change my origin and destination online?
A.             No, you need to contact the Customer Service Centre on 1300 66 00 88.

Q.           Is it cheaper for me to amend my booking by calling the Customer Contact Centre?
A.            No.    You will incur an admin fee for any bookings amended by calling the Customer Contact Centre.

Q.           If I have a booking for multiple passengers, can I amend just one?
A.            Yes, you may. There will be a new itinerary issued for amended bookings and other passengers will retain the old booking reference and itinerary.   Please refer to fare conditions.
